Mapping Ernährungssystem

Im Jahr 2022 initiierte der Lehrstuhl 'Gesellschaftliche Transformation und Landwirtschaft' an der Universität Hohenheim ein Mapping-Projekt für unser lokales Ernährungssystem in der StadtRegion Stuttgart. Es ist ein Praxisprojekt für Studierende des Master-Programms 'Organic Agriculture & Food Systems'.

Die Studierenden Chloe Wynn und Saskia Münch setzten die Mapping-Plattform im Jahre 2022 auf und füllten sie mit ersten Inhalten. Dafür besuchten sie Initiativen vor Ort und führten Interviews unter anderem mit dem Reyerhof in Stuttgart-Möhringen, Plattsalat West, dem Stuttgarter Stadtacker und dem Café Raupe Immersatt. Die Karte ist ein erster Aufschlag, um Stuttgarter Ernährungsinitiativen in den Bereichen urbane Landwirtschaft (Gemeinschaftsgärten), Foodsharing-Stationen, Solidarische Landwirtschaft und FoodCoops sichtbar zu machen.

Ziel für die nächste Runde des Praxisprojekts im Jahr 2023 ist nun, die Karte technisch weiterzuentwickeln, weitere Projekte in die bestehende Karte zu integrieren und auf weitere Kategorien alternativer Ernährungsnetzwerke zu erweitern. In diesem Jahr werden vier Studierende des Organic Agriculture-Masters das Projekt fortführen.
